Embroidery is the process where we use an embroidery machine to create patterns on textiles. Embroidery is the perfect way to show your brand’s professionalism and high standards.
Digitizing is how we prepare your logo or design for embroidering. The digitizer uses software to create a digital embroidery design which can be easily modified and edited. These files contain information such as object outlines, thread colors, and original artwork used to punch the designs.
Our in house embroidery department uses the top equipment in the industry to give you the best results possible. Our staff has over 30 years of embroidery production and digitizing experience. We know first hand what is going to work and how to make your next embroidery project look the best.
Direct to Garment Printing
Direct to garment (DTG) printing involves using a printer to print ink directly onto garments and curing the ink with a heat press. The garments do need to be a light color in order for the design to look their best. DTG allows for a lot of creativity with little set up and short turnaround times.
Iron-On Heat Transfers
Iron-on transfers are images that can be imprinted on fabric using an industrial heat press. We use commercial quality heat transfer paper and heat press to apply iron-on transfers. We’ve noticed much better results in terms of ‘hand’ (how the print feels on the fabric) and durability than store bought papers or transfers applied with a home iron. Iron-on transfers are great for adding names and numbers to jerseys, creative designs to any color garment and much more.
This process involves transferring an image to a shirt using a stencil and a mesh screen. Screen-printing is great for large run orders as well as for simple logo work.
